Champlain Valley CrossFit On-Ramp Introduction Course

At Champlain Valley CrossFit, they see CrossFit as an athletic strength and conditioning program designed for every single individual. Instead of trying to build fitness by just running, riding a bike, swimming, rowing, or lifting, CrossFitters build fitness by incorporating a multitude of different activities into each workout. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
On-Ramp is the prerequisite course designed to help new athletes learn about the foundations and basics CrossFit. The course consists of 11 On-Ramp classes and includes a 2 month Unlimited Class membership that becomes active at your first On-Ramp class.
Champlain Valley CrossFit was the first CrossFit affiliate in Vermont, they have one of the largest "boxes", and coach athletes of all abilities.
